Meet the team 

Our team is made up of trained youth workers and dedicated volunteers. 

Emma Whitbread - Lead Youth Development Worker

Having grown up in Cambourne, Emma returned in 2020 having studied for a degree in Youth Work at the University of Gloucestershire. She is passionate about seeing young people have fun, use their voice to create change around them and learn new skills. 
In her spare time, Emma loves gardening, trying new foods, watching a good film or series and walking her crazy Cocker Spaniel Ava.

Caitlin Ballantine - Youth Development Worker
 Caitlin Ballantine Youth Devel
Caitlin joined us in 2024 having worked with primary aged children. She is passionate about supporting young people and enjoys a good chat. In Caitlin's spare time she looks after her horses and enjoys spending time with her family. Caitlin says the best part about youth work is the people you meet along the way.

Fran Adaszkiewicz - Youth Support Worker 
Fran Adaszkiewicz
Fran started working for us in January 2023, after a year of volunteering. She fell in love with the buzz of the open access youth clubs and later completed her Level 2 qualification in Youth Work Principles with Romsey Mill.
Fran loves to support young people with cooking and seeing their passion for creating food, that they can take home to share with friends and family. 
In her spare time, Fran enjoys swimming and days out with her children.
