Our regular weekly lunchtime group for those aged 16-19 is being expanded across August. Young people will be able to come along to the youth centre from 12.00-1.30pm to have lunch in an informal group, and then from 1.30-2.30pm there will be a focussed session based around transitioning into adulthood. The sessions will include topics such as CV writing, interview skills, job hunting, housing options, finance and budgeting. Young people can come to either or both of the lunch and focussed discussion session. They are free of charge and there’s no need to book, but it would be helpful to have an idea of numbers. You can let Emma know on 07799430739 if you’re planning to come or if you have any questions.

For those going into Year 11 and older (up to age 18), the activities will be from 3.30-5.00pm. All of the activities will be free of charge and there’s no need to book – just turn up.

For young people who have been part of our youth clubs over the past year, we will be running a trip for each group. We’ll be enjoying activities such as trampolining, aqua park, paintballing and safari park. Those who have been attending groups will have already received information about these trips, but if you have any questions you can get in touch with Jonathan on 07503171869.
